I’m not sure if I should laugh, or worry that someone, somewhere, thinks this is torture.
I think that extensive testing is in order. From the aspect of the torturer as well as the subject. Must determine what qualifications are in order for the torturer to properly apply for the position, and repeated evaluation to determine the veracity of the procedure, as well as alternative methods, positions, etc.
