Problem I see with using our taxes to dole out by the federal gov’t is that there is not a single place where those powers have been given to the Federal gov’t to do so.

And so very much of the trillions of dollars in the federal budget falls into the exact same category – not supported constitutionally.

I think art is important to us as a society. But I don’t think art that the taxpaying public thinks is art should be funded by taxpayers. If you want to build a scale model of an ancient city in Pakistan – great, more power to you. But find a sponsor or come up with the cash on your own. If I pay for it, do I get to have it in my house like a rotating exhibit? Let my kid walk Lego men through it like I would with any other item I owned?

I didn’t think that video could be beat–who did the actual music, guitar etc.?
But the SuperSocket-12000 has to be marketed to even the most Luddite, 15th-century population centers throughout the land, nay the world.
It could cure Global Warming, Nuclear Winter, Johnny Winter–the possibilities are endless.
