The Only Thing Plunging Lower Than Necklines is IQ’s

This is where you say “I Quit.”

(06-06) 15:24 PDT Lebanon, Pa. (AP) —

Rescue crews had to cut apart a portable toilet to rescue a man who got stuck naked inside the potty. Authorities say the 31-year-old man used his cell phone to call 911 on Sunday from inside a portable toilet.

Police say the man had been drinking and had taken off his clothes. Somehow, he immersed himself in the holding tank.

Deputy fire commissioner Chris Miller told WPMT-TV, “I’ve been on the job in one form or fashion for 21 years, and this is the first port-a-potty rescue I’ve ever had.”

Police charged the man with public drunkenness and creating a health code violation, but they have no idea why he was in the toilet with his clothes off. They said he didn’t suffer any serious injuries.

Normally I’d say “sterilize them so they cannot reproduce”, but if you let them reproduce you can maintain the level of stupid criminals. It does no good to weed out the dumb ones and let only the smart ones reproduce. That’s working harder, not smarter.

Maybe they should’ve worn full-blown knickers?

Police Hunt Thong Bandits

Police are hunting two robbers who failed to grasp a fundamental rule of crime – mask your identity.

The pair caught on camera

Rather than ensuring their faces were covered, the dozy duo opted for a more fashionable but less effective disguise.

CCTV cameras caught them at a Colorado convenience store wearing thongs over their faces.

The ladies’ underwear, which leaves little to the imagination, was a far from sensible choice.

One wore a green thong while the other opted for blue – but the pair’s nose, mouth and chin were barely covered.

The rest of their face was clearly visible, police in Arvada say.

Officers also have a few more clues to work with as one of the men failed to cover up a distinctive tattoo on his arm.

Stolen cigarettes and cash they took from the on-duty worker were also stashed away in his pink backpack.

The men, believed to be in their 20s, were not armed.

Kalifornia is just getting weirder and weirder. They say that this would be a victimless tax.

What boob sat up one day and chirped “I know, let’s tax porn!”? Economic times are hard and trying to get a rise in revenues this way will blow a big hole in the industry. I say a tax that jerks one subset of a population sucks, regardless of your views on the business. If you keep spanking and slapping them around, they’re going to pick up their couches and move out, leaving you empty-handed. Nobody likes to be jerked around.

A California state assemblyman has proposed dealing with the state’s huge budget shortfall by taxing pornography, including the production and sale of pornographic videos — by 25 percent.

To an economist this initially sounds like a good idea: An ideal tax is one that doesn’t cause any change in behavior — doesn’t generate any excess burden on the economy. I believe the demand for pornography is quite inelastic, so I don’t expect sales to be reduced much if porn prices rise as producers try and succeed in passing this tax along to consumers.

But demand is only one side of the market: A tax only in California gives producers an incentive to move their operations elsewhere. I don’t know how attached porn video producers are to LA, a leader in this and all other aspects of the movie industry; but I wouldn’t think the fixed costs of production are very high, and I bet that workers in this industry are fairly mobile too.

That being the case, this tax might generate a substantial dead-weight loss, as a lot of production shifts to other states that don’t impose the tax. The tax might raise revenue — that depends how many producers go elsewhere; but it will certainly reduce output in this major California industry.

Either Obama or McCain will have to start a new program: “No Teacher or Principal Left Behind”. It’s pretty obvious “Hookd awn fonix werks fer me” didn’t work for him.

Typo on diplomas embarrasses Ohio principal

(06-06) 00:55 PDT WESTLAKE, Ohio (AP) —

A Cleveland-area principal says he’s embarrassed his students got proof of their “educaiton” on their high school diplomas.

Westlake High School officials misspelled “education” on the diplomas distributed last weekend. It’s been the subject of mockery on local radio.

Principal Timothy Freeman says he sent back the diplomas once to correct another error. When the diplomas came back, no one bothered to check things they thought were right the first time.

The publisher has reprinted the diplomas a second time and sent them to the 330 graduates.

You gotta elect to be this kind of stupid…

Not just IQ’s are plunging. So is my morale. Look everybody! My skin is also crawling. Crawling away from my body. It’s gone right out the door. I don’t think it’s coming back.

It’s understandable.

Lot of crawling for this woman. Not just her skin. Ewww.

The victim told CBS 2 HD bird mites were crawling all over her skin, coming out of her nose and ears, and left welts and red marks all over her body.

  1. TAX MY PORN?!?!?!? How DARE they?!?!

-Hopefully it’s not retroactive or I will be penniless.

  2. They won’t even be allowed to film in Canada if Bill C-10 is passed.

In the Soup Nazi tone… NO TAX CREDITS FOR YOU!!!

And I am officially grossed out. Bird mites… dear god… I can’t even watch those documentaries about bugs and shit without my skin feeling like its crawling… let alone now going to my room and washroom paranoid I will now have wild bird mites coming out of my ears and nose the next day.

    You’re a bastard.

  3. I’m waiting for someone to suggest a tax on political donations…

KC – you aren’t serious…? A bill that would outlaw filming in Canada? Like I said, I’m not exactly a supporter, but making laws like that is a very slippery slope.

Seems kind of odd that Canada wants to be secular and then turns around and wants to legislate morality. Morality on whose authority, I wonder?

  4. The Conservatives Morale Authority… that’s who.

  5. Again, not giving a pass to bad behavior, but the CMA needs to be asked where it says THEY have been granted the authority to do these things.

I’m all for communities to make local laws and restrictions because this keeps power at the local level, where it belongs, because then accountability of politicians and law enforcement is achievable. But a nationwide law such as that, driven by one group, does not allow for self-determination.

  6. Lovely. Another gubment agency dictating morality to the unwashed masses. Mind you I understand that in order to be in any political arena you have to have a substantial ego, but crap like this is rediculous.

I really would like to see how taxing porn and not allowing filming in Canada is enforcing the will of your constituents. Anyone seeing a disconnect here?

  7. Canada under bill C-10 would be deciding what is deemed ‘appropriate’ and which film gets funding, tax credits etc… under someone own morale code. They are trying to decide for the masses what is deemed appropriate and want to make those decisions for Canada. So… any movie filmed in Canada – and hoping for a tax break… under Bill C-10 ain’t gonna happen… if someone at the top decides its deemed in content – inappropriate. By who’s standards? Who the hell knows. Which is a major issue all the way around…

So porn… filmed in Canada? Well if they aren’t looking for a tax credit or funding… then they are fine. Otherwise… get in line with everyone else… ’cause you’ll be shit outta luck if this bill passes.
