Meet Melody Song, the newest member of the Lemur Household.
She’s seven weeks. Cried out when we drove her home only when accelerating or going around corners. Not homesick at all and very comfortable in the upstairs (quarantine until shots kick in). She was the runt of the litter but does not act it. Wonderfully happy kitten.
Here she is tucked in my jacket. She was purring very loudly and when I pulled it closed she did an ultra-purr as if a giant inflatable hotdog deflating (PUUUUUURRRRRrrrrrrrrrrrrr) and then fell asleep instantly. Jack and Jill are obviously distressed. Oh well.
I am already smitten with this kitten.
Black cats are Teh Bomb. But I’m a witch, so I’m kind of biased.
She’s a cutie.
I always preferred black kitties too. She’s gorgeous, LK!
She is just adorable!
She watches my son play on the iPad and helps him out. She watches Top Gear with me. She swells up twice her normal size when she sees herself in a mirror.
She’s the kitteh for me.
Awwwww. How cute! Treasure her, she’s in good hands…
ZOMG!!! TEH CUTENESS MELTS!!!
Also, Jilly can’t be very happy…. 😉
Both Jack and Jill are rather unhappy at the addition of Melody to the family.
So far they’ve only been allowed glimpses and viewing through a protective screen. Jack and behaved… poorly.
But since I am Top Cat in the house, I make sure that they smell kitten on my hands when I go to pet them, to let them know that “Lemur endorses kittens”.
Jack was very pointed about looking away from me when I let him sniff my hand. Jill was resigned. We’ll see if her maternal instinct blossoms or withers.
Congrats on the new ball of fur!
Thank you, Mitchell. She’s awesome.
Have you tried “Dishonored” yet? Not too shabby. It definitely was dumbed down a bit for the console 12 year olds but still not bad at all.
I saw some game footage of it. Looks pretty cool, but all my game time is devoted to crochet time these days. Gotta crank out the baby stuff. 🙂
