I’ll post various oriental recipes as I find ones that I really want to share. If you have a specific request I may have tried it. If not, I can hunt down, try it, and report on a recipe.
Asian food, real asian food, does not get enough exposure in the US (in my honest opinion). There’s a lot of things most people won’t eat and it is sad because I think asian food has such a wide variety of flavors to offer.
My favorite cuisines in no particular order: Thai, Korean, Vietnamese, Japanese (n00b), Burmese, and lately Philippines (Bumbu Nasi Goreng, oh yeah).
