Just when I think Obama couldn’t possibly piss me off worse.
The only way to truly tackle our deficit is to cut excessive spending wherever we find it, in domestic spending, defense spending, health care spending and spending through tax breaks and loopholes. – President Obama confusing not taking my money with spending
Heard that on NPR but read it here, too.
Where could you possibly learn a concept like “tax breaks” equals “spending”?
Why, I guess you’d have to be a socialist, wouldn’t you?
You certainly wouldn’t have learned it from Reagan, you putz.
It actually makes a weird kind of sense from a certain perspective. The Federal Government prints all the currency and it actually is government property. So for Barry allowing people to keep more of the government property really is a form of “spending”. Let that sink in. All the wealth of the entire nation is actually property of the Federal Government.
There can be absolutely no doubt now; Barack Obama IS a communist.
We have two more years of this asshole. Every day I become less confident that we can survive them as even a shadow of the United States of America that we grew up in.
WTF is this POS talking about??
I want to see his tax returns. Let’s see the “loopholes”….
So, if money is property of the government, that offers some interesting possibilities. Like trading our “money” that we earned for another currency, maybe one that’s doing better than our “adjusted” dollar. Sit on that currency for a while, see if it gets a better rate than inflation and such. That would be the nest egg, the rest gets passed back to the owner.
Or do like some areas, come up with our own currency, with an exchange for the Dollar. Local businesses deal with the new currency…
Hey, LK! You can still get in on this for the next few hours: http://www.projectmessiah.com/x6/shop.html
Hmmm.
The most informative one (to me) was in the stills gallery, the one of the Roman architecture.
It is still hard to tell though because there’s no way of knowing the render time. I can’t tell (quickly) whether it is a biased or unbiased renderer.
But the picture looked good. Radiosity looks good – lots of light in the corners without an obvious amount of patches. Whether the graininess is because they stopped the render and it could have refined it more or if it is due to the textures is hard to say. I’d love to see the same scene rendered w/o texture maps applied.
Get me a render of the Cornell Box as done on it, with all the settings cranked, and a render time and then I’d tell you if I’d buy it. 🙂
That’s really the best possible test of a renderer since it is kind of as timeless as the reflective sphere on a checkerboard plane but it allows you to showcase reflection (diffuse and specular), transparency, refraction, radiosity, mapping, recursion levels, etc. It is a well thought out test.
I’ll stick with Blender, Yafray, Indigo, and LuxRender. All free…
