And I’m not trying to sound like a pirate.
I’m trying to get my motorola cable modem up and running and damn if their setup software isn’t a pile of crap. Manually setting this thing up has made no sense either. This isn’t rocket science but they have made it so weird… grrrrrr. No wonder this stuff scares the hell out of people.
So I’m limping along on my awful DSL for now. Can’t load anything in any kind of normal time.
My midget pr0n website is suffering from horrible traffic declines from the slow speeds.
Midget pr0n?? You need to get out more. Or BBQ some dead animal.
I love that the possibly related posts has “On vectored thrust” as a suggestion, too 🙂
LK – I’m having the same problem since about Friday night – certainly all day Saturday whenever I looked.
It took about 30 seconds after I clicked “comments” on your post here for LCs comment to load.
Seems like any new place I click takes 30-45 seconds to load. But sites load fast once they start.
The hell? I was promised new midget pr0n content last week! You keep up with this kind of service and I’m NOT renewing next month!
I feel your pain, LK. Too many companies hire morons and absolute retards to write set-up information and user guides/manuals. Or people who, while probably smart, can’t put a coherent, logical, helpful thought down on paper to where other people can understand it.
I was trying to help my son do something on his playstation the other day, and I looked in the guide, and found nothing, and ended up going to playstation’s website and looked at their user info, and after about an hour, found one little tidbit of info that stated I had to go in through the XMB menu.
Now, if someone could just tell me what the holy hell the XMB menu is and just exactly where one goes to find that damn menu or toolbar, that would be great. More than likely, I’m going to find out that in order to access the XMB menu, I’m going to have to buy another piece of hardware/software.
